Love
Hello World (Am hoping loads of people are reading this…lol)
I haven’t blogged in a while. And I missed this.
So here is the thing, I have literally been thinking all day.
And it’s been an interesting day.
One of them days (pardon my grammar), when you wake up and it seems like nothing is right.
But am glad for it.
After thinking on and off about stuff, it finally hit me.
I need to love myself.
Why?
Because I am unique, and wonderful (end of).
I have my flaws (who doesn’t), but I love me (hook, line and sinker).
In case you think this is selfish, read on.
You can’t give what you don’t have.
In order words, you can’t love another if you don’t first love yourself.
Even worse, you can’t be loveable (don’t know if that makes sense, but I know what I mean).
So if you are reading this, and you have heard a lot of times that you are bad, worthless, stupid, weak, and blah…
Don’t believe any of that.
Believe that you are amazing, wonderful, one of a kind, unique, a rare gem (this is true) the list is endless.
LOVE YOURSELF.
So, here is to loving yourself, been lovely and lovable.
